Spiritual ExcerciseCategory:

So I went to the “gym” yesterday for the first time in a LONG time. It was a steril, unfamiliar place. The unknown, empty, white hallways, the rows and rows and rows of lockers, the clinking of the lockeroom doors, the quiet, still, empty pool lanes… I had entered a world I knew little of. But ohhhhh, what a difference to my mental and physical state. A mere 8 pool lengths and five minutes in the sauna has changed me. I can’t wait for more. How does one excercise his spirit? What’s the “routine” of one’s spiritual revitalization? I need that now. Posted by pablohart on February 13, 2003 10:16 AM |
