This looks like a cool site… kinda along the lines of what I do on my site. Obviously I think we’re in the need of more of this type of thinking in the Christian community. There are some nice links on his site (that I might steal for mine!). :) Take a peek and let me know what you think. e-vangelism.com is devoted to promoting the use of the Internet as a tool for evangelism. Thanks for stopping by, and for expressing interest in the subject of online evangelism. The same author, Andrew Careaga, has published a book called eMinistry, which looks to be promising in fashioning ministry for today’s generation. Today’s teenagers are as comfortable surfing through cyberspace as their baby boomer parents are with clicking the TV remote. But the Internet is not television, and the Internet Generation is not accustomed to sitting passively and being told the “truth”—whether from a TV newscast or from the pulpit. Growing up as the first truly digital generation, today’s youths present neww issues for the church to deal with.Posted by pablohart on March 26, 2003 10:04 AM |
