(But I still don’t like to do it.) “I think if we took a survey of the things we don’t like to do, confrontation would come out somewhere near the top. Whether on the job or in our personal lives, most of us struggle with how and when to confront someone. It is not a pleasant experience and therefore, we often avoid it or postpone it. “By constructive confrontation, we’ve eliminated tons of unnecessary stress and avoided all kinds of unpleasant encounters.
