How I Want to Live Life

Category: Recommendation

Three friends on different occasions told me about a speaker they heard at Mars Hill and recommended I should listen to it. His name is Shane Claiborne and currently lives in north Philadelphia (where I happen to have some friends in ministry).

Upon listening to it, I was inspired. It reminded me of the things I strive for in life—the way I want to live, but am too scared to live it.

If you want to be inspired, listen to it. It may change your life.

Just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to live in obedience to him. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from him, so you will grow in faith, strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught. Let your lives overflow with thanksgiving for all he has done.

Colossians 2:6-7

If you want more information on Shane's organization, go to http://www.thesimpleway.org/ and dig a little deeper.

Wish you could have been there! It was inspiring!
