As part of this observance, houses of worship across the country have been asked to ring their bells 40 times on Friday at 1:15 pm Eastern Time. The National Council of Churches invites all of America’s congregations to share in this moment of mourning and reflection. We express our condolences to Mrs. Nancy Reagan and the Reagan Family.
