International Web Ministry?

Category: Spirituality

Sierra Leone MapThis is interesting. I received a comment on my site from someone named David Omar Isaac from Sierra Leone. When I first started reading it, I thought it was spam. But the more I read it, the more I thought it could be legitimate. Perhaps he just recently figured out that there is a way to get in touch with “wealthy American christians” through the internet.

He’s asking for money. He wants Christmas gifts too.

You can read his plea in three places on my site:

Stick to the Things We’re Good At
CRC edges toward change on Mass stance
Sunday Morning Madness

What should my response be? What if it’s just a clever way to portray spam?

1. why would he want euros in sierra leone?
2. how did he choose 100 euros a month?
3. why did he post in 3 different places on your site?
4. try clicking on his email

hmmm. leaves me skeptical.
