The Questioning Christian

Category: Recommendation

The name of this blog intrigued me and the content did even more. I suppose I could have named my blog “the questioning christian” too.

man, i'd be frightened to meet a Christ-follower who doesn't question.

I'm with you Nathan. It's like WWJD? I find it quit apparent that i don't ask this question enough before opening my mouth but when i do i find that like in the article the kingdom of God is within us if only we allow it to be. Sometimes i find myself thinking if only i did this more i wouldn't find my foot in my mouth so much or harboring resentments that need not be there because they only serve the bitterness of my own heart instead of the joy God has to offer. It's like if I thought and questioned the spirit or my own actions then i wouldn't find myself in some of the situations you can get yourself in without questioning the spirit that leads to the thoughts, actions, ect. Without decernment where are we?
